Refund policy

We have a 5 day return policy for online orders, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.  There will be a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee for all returns. If you would like to exchange for a size up or a size down, we will waive the return label fee (please let us know that you want to exchange when requesting a return.).

Shoe Boxes are not to be used as shipping boxes (put the shoe box in a bag or a different box). If the shoe box is received damaged - a $3 fee will be deducted from the Refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

On orders of $200 or more, if more than 50% of the items ordered are returned, an additional 7% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you are exchanging for a size up or a size down, please let us know when you request a return shipping label and we will process the exchange.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
